Good news folks, Jaxbot of Windows Phone Hacker has successfully unlocked the latest set of Windows Phone 7 Development Tools which was released just a few days back. However the team stated that it has some bugs in the settings menu which is currently acting up.
The team has not announced any dates on when will they be launching the updates to eliminate the bugs, and yes Marketplace and Accounts are blocked in this release.
