Samsung Unveils Honeycomb Powered Galaxy Tab 10.1 at MWC 2011

Have a look at what Samsung has to offer at the Mobile World Congress. The Koreans have unveiled their first Android Honeycomb running tablet, that is precisely what has happened. Behold, Galaxy Tab 10.1, the successor to the Samsung Galaxy Tab.

The question remains however, is that does the Galaxy Tab 10.1 qualify to be called a true successor to the ever so popular Samsung Galaxy Tab? well it looks like it indeed does.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has an NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor, 10.1 inch touch screen with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. There’s a bit of a disappointment as well, because this gorgeous tablet does not possess a Super AMOLED display.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 also features an 8 MP camera with LED Flash on the back and a 2 MP camera front facing camera. The Tablet has memory storage support of 16 GB or 32 GB. When it comes to connectivity, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is WiFi (b/g/n) enabled and has Bluetooth 2.1.

Do you think that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 can compete against the likes of the HTC Flyer and the LG Optimus Pad? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
