Facebook is undoubtedly the world’s biggest social network. Edging closer to approximately 600 million users worldwide, there no possibility that Facebook is going away any time soon. However, to keep that big a user-base happy, the social networks needs to come up with new and innovative features which make sure that the user stays hooked to their network. We’re all aware of the big overhauls that Facebook does once in a while, many love them while many don’t. There also are minor changes which are sometimes overlooked. Facebook has now added a new feature, which will allow you to edit your Facebook comments.
You might be aware of Facebook updating its commenting system. Primarily, the noticeable change was that the “Submit” button had been eliminated and the “Enter” key has to be pressed now in order to submit a comment.
Along with this, another feature was added. The ability to edit your comments.
How to edit your comments on Facebook:
Consider that you have commented on any particular activity on Facebook:
On the top right corner, notice the “X” button. Clicking the “X” button will allow you to edit your comment only if your comment is not more than a minute old, or nobody has commented on it. If either one of that happens, your comment is going to be locked and the “X” button will then perform no other function, other than deleting your comment.
Notifications will be sent to those who have previously commented, or liked the particular activity on Facebook that you edited your comment on.
