@Notcom has updated TinyUmbrella to version 4.32.01 to save SHSH blobs of the recently released iOS 4.3.2 and iOS 4.2.7 for Verizon iPhone 4. TinyUmbrella is the program that allows you to save SHSH blobs so that your iOS device remains jailbreakable over time and you also have the option to downgrade to the respective fimware whose SHSH blobs you have saved.
SHSH blobs are also saved by Cydia, but it is advisable to use TinyUmbrella on Windows or Mac to save SHSH blobs because of the fact that the process is considerably faster.
@notcom announced the TinyUmbrella v4.32.01 release on twitter:

Normally I just save blobs without unchecking box and they also get saved to Cydia
