Also, keep in mind since the iPad 2 can not be jailbroken as of now, this will only work on the first generation jailbroken 3G iPad.
Follow the procedure we’re documenting below to get PhoneItiPad working on your 3G iPad:
Step 1: Go to the Settings.app, tap on General and then on About. Copy your unique ICCID very carefully.
Step 2: Now purchase your copy of PhoneItiPad from here and when asked for your ICCID, punch it in.
Step 3: Then start Cydia on your jailbroken 3G iPad and add this repository: http://apps.iphoneislam.com/
Step 4: Search this repository for PhoneItiPad, and then install it once you have located it.
Step 5: Make some calls and send some texts from your 3G iPad, as it has now been transformed into a fully functional phone.
