Apple today has seeded iOS 5 beta 7 for iPhone 3G[S], iPhone 4, iPad and iPod touch. Good news is that you can still jailbreak your iDevices running iOS 5 beta7 using the latest version of RedsnOw iOS5 beta. Famous iPhone hacker MuscleNerd has just confirmed that iOS 5 beta7 is still vulnerable and can be jailbroke. While this version of RedsnOw is only for tethered jailbreak, the Dev team is working hard to bring the new version of RedsnOw jailbreak tool for untethered jailbreak. Meanwhile you can still jailbreak your iPhone, iPad & iPad but it will be tethered.
iPhone Dev Team in the official release said:
In conjunction with iOS5 beta7 being released to iOS developers, redsn0w 0.9.8b7 is now available for jailbreak app developers (point the b7 redsn0w at the b4 IPSW). Remember, it’s a tethered jailbreak right now so you’ll need to use redsn0w to boot into a jailbroken state at each power cycle.
