Today Apple released the latest iOS 5 to the public via iTunes for the iPod Touch, iPhone and of course the iPad.
This surely has been a roller coaster trip, with its beta versions coming every month and not to mention the Jailbreaks that followed with them (especially the untethered ones). Like other releases iOS 5 has come with a ton of new features and improvements of its predecessor.
You can now enjoy the iCloud syncing and backup services along with other great stuff once you update your device to iOS 5. The notification center has been completely re-designed with its new pull-down list design for pending features and its new lock screen through which you can catch up with the notifications that were received while the device was locked.
Just when you are about to think, “What about the Jailbreaks!! ” . It has been confirmed by MuscleNerd and iH8snOw via twitter that an tehtered jailbreak is possible
There you have it , iOS 5 just released moments ago and its tethered jailbreak is now reported to be possible through the redsnow and snowbreeze 2.8 beta 8. Lets see when the untehtered jailbreak releases so that non-developers can also benefit from this prestigious jailbreak, because with this jailbreak you’ll have to re-jailbreak every time you rebbot your device and hence causes in-convenience.
There are various news spread across the web that states there are some bugs with this jailbreak, however you have to use it to be sure. There is at the moment no news regarding the untethered jailbreak which is hotly rumoured to be impossible, but still lets see what happens.
