In recent days a new jailbreak app namely “H1Siri” was released which claimed that it could port Siri to non-iPhone 4S devices but that was not only illegal, it could also control and monitor your iPhone device without your knowledge.
The H1Siri app uses some of Apple’s code which deems it illegal but if that was just the case , most people wouldn’t have bothered using the app as they would get the Siri goodness they want.
The creator of SiriProxy “Pete” has posted a video which he informed via Twitter that shows the app can potentially give control over your iPhone device to people of whom the servers are being used to send over all the personal data.

This video demonstration reminds of a bug that Security Researcher “Miller” put in the app that could control the functioning of iPhone as Pete sends SMS message through SiriProxy server without you knowing it.
Also this reminds of app that was used to report crash reports to the hacker team to make jailbreak for iOS 5 quicker as in this case instead of crash reports all the data you send through this app can be monitored easily which is certainly a security threat.
It’s better to wait for a legal way of getting Siri ported to older iPhone models without compromising your privacy rather than getting trapped in a mess ! .
