Has your iPhone ever deceived you into thinking that your phone has got full signal strength whereas it has got a weak signal?, well there is an app for that – a jailbreak tweak called BARS which promises to give you the most accurate results regarding your iPhone’s call service reception.
The tweak has been developed by phoenix3200 and they describe this tweak as a signal indicator replacement for your iPhone that “lets you see more about your signal strength, without having to decode what its RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) is.”
The installation is simple and after re-starting you iPhone (after installing the tweak) this jailbreak app will come into effect. Few reports have come in and they indicate that they saw a significant change in results as they experienced mostly less signal bars whereas the stock signal strength meter showed full strength.
