We have been hearing many rumors regarding the most awaited Samsung’s Galaxy S3 smartphone in the past weeks, which ere based on some insider reports. Another breakthrough has been made on this issue as this time, a video has appeared which shows a Vietnamese person holding a possible Samsung Galaxy S3 device, showing the specs of the smartphone which might disappoint some people.
So what are those specs?, well according to the video, it boasts a gigantic 4.6-inch display at 720 x 1184 resolution. As predicted, it includes quad-core 1.4 GHz processor, which renders it a real powerhouse in the greater gadgetsphere. It houses the same 8MP camera as the S2 version.
It’s said to include NFC capabilities like the Galaxy Nexus, a 2,050mAh battery, an 8-megapixel camera (not the 12 megapixels rumored), as well as 16GB of on-board storage. Now the disappointing part, it is said to include 1GB of RAM like the S2 version, which is quite a heart breaker. All the Android fans are eager to experience high performace with atleast 1.5 or 2GB.
Speaking to Engadget, Samsung did make a comment – and curiously didn’t deny (nor confirm) that this leak is legitimate, stating:
We will be able to tell you more at the 2012 Samsung Mobile Unpacked.
Even though nothing is still confirmed right now but Samsung’s comment indicates that they have something pretty big in store for their fans, the device in the video might be an earlier version of the smartphone. All will be confirmed on 3rd May, until then, fingers crossed!.
