If you’re a part of the jailbreak community, you must be pretty familiar with the home of jailbreak apps “Cydia” which is only available for iOS users. To fill the void, a similar jailbreak app store has been launched for Mac users as well which is known as “HackStore”.
HackStore doesn’t include the same apps and tweaks that you’ll find in Cydia, it contains apps and utilities that Apple wouldn’t normally approve for its official Mac App Store.
So exactly what kind of jailbreak apps we are talking about then?, well apps like TinyUmbrella, IpswDownloader iExplorer iFunBo etc are present there.
Even though the name HackStore is somewhat freaky, the interface of website is pretty neat and closely resembles with the design of the offical App Store. When it comes to the quantity of apps, since it’s just born, there are only about 50 apps to choose from. the number will surely increase with time.
