Tired of your iPhone being violated in the wrong hands?, the default software-based lock system not smart enough to prevent from usage?. Well a new video has been surfaced in which a concept model of the upcoming iPhone 5 explodes when the password is typed incorrectly repeatedly instead of just getting locked permanently.
However, the likelihood of this ever hitting the market is less than impossible. Since it could prove to be fatal for normal users also. Apple have a tendency to make faulty iOS devices in the past which has resulted in not a so pleasant experience in terms of safety.
Not only the current iOS devices features like 3G, WiFi etc get a little fuzzy sometimes but the previous scandal regarding heating issues that prevailed in the iPod Nano makes this prototype self-destruction seems very unlikely to happen in real.
Never the less, below given is the video which demonstrates the self-destructing mechanism.
Bare in mind that the iPhone used is a concept model of iPhone 5 which might bare some or no resemblance to the upcoming iPhone device. Anyhow, judging by the screen size, Apple might not increase the length of the device but only increase its width by a tiny measure.
