As said before, the main thing that ‘s taken into consideration while developing jailbreak for iOS devices is for the exploitations found to work, due to which few minor errors persists.
Pod2g released another version of Absinthe 2.0 to fix those neglected issues at the time of jailbreak development. Despite of that release, many people are still facing a common error “Error Detecting Device” (aren’t you glad that you’re not alone!).
To fix the error, all you have to do is go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Content and Settings. Then make sure you download Absinthe 2.0.1 and run it again.
This above mentioned method should work for most of the users as it’s a random error. However, we are still searching for some new ways to solve this problem. We’ll let you know incase we find a new solution, until then try you luck with the above mentioned method.
