The iPad 2,4 which is the updated version of the iPad 2 that features a new chipset yielding improved battery life,d ue to its different configurations, previous jailbreak utility didn’t support untethered jailbreak support for this rare tablet version.
Rocky Racoon is a Cydia package, thorugh which you can convert your already tethered jailbroken iOS device to an untethered one without having to first restore your device and do the whole jailbreaking process using other tools like Absinthe.
