After debuting first on iOS mobile platform, Rockstar’s award-winning title Max Payne finally makes its way towards Android mobile devices and is now available for download via Google Play at a nominal cost of $2.99.
It’s interesting to see that Payne started off with iOS rather than the more popular mobile platform Android (in terms of daily activations). Optimized for the touch-based controllers, the iOS version launched to critical acclaim and considering the fact that it took a while for devs to come up with the Android version, the only reasoning for iOS debut points towards the robustness of iOS platform.
So what about the cutting edge graphical/gameplay experience?, well the user reviews are quite compelling. Even those Android users owning a less powerful device such as the Single-core Galaxy S1 are quite happy with it. Here is what the users have to say.
