With the Galaxy S3 threatening to take over the smartphone market from iPhone, the Surface hoping to make iPad look like an obsolete, the leaked specs of upcoming tablet by Google “Galaxy Nexus 7″ suggests that it would completely wipe off Kindle Fire from the low-end tablet market.
Really?, what’s so great about “just another” Android tablet coming out ?. Well, aside from the fact that it would be the first ever fully optimized tablet by Google running the next OS “Jelly Beans”, it’s said to be featuring hardware more powerful than the iPad and is said to be priced below Kindle’s Fire price-tag.
According to Gizmodo, following are the specs :-
- Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
- 1.3Ghz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor
- 1GB RAM
- 8GB / 16GB onboard storage options
