Galaxy S3 Exceeds 10 Million Mark In Less Than 2 Months, Breaks Record Of Galaxy S2

As Samsung predicted a month ago, the company has hit a milestone of 10 million Galaxy S3 device sold, that too within 55 days of its launch. A worthy successor to the Galaxy S II, S3 has broken all times record of any Android device sold in such time period.

With receiving over 9 Million pre-orders before launch of this device, Galaxy S3 became the highest selling gadget in history. With 9 Million pre-orders from more than a 100 carriers in mind, it’s no surprise that Sammy was able to sell over 10 million devices in such a short period of its release.

With Samsung aiming to have the S III available on three hundred carriers in 147 countries by the year’s end, and given the fact that Apple is set to release its new iPhone device in October – which leaves users all summer to look forward to galaxy S3, the Korean giant aims to sell 40 million Galaxy S IIIs by the end of 2012, an all time high for Samsung phones.

With Samsung manufacturing both low-end and high-end smartphone devices, it has managed to compete with smartphone giants like Nokia, HTC, Motorola and even Apple!. With Apple’s narrow minded approach regarding it’s smartphone’s design, iOS users are slightly tilting over to Galaxy line of products.

Thanks to the scrumptious specs of Galaxy S3, it’s compelling smartphone users from different platform  to switch to the latest galaxy. If Apple fails to impress users this year, there’s no doubt that Samsung will rule the smartphone market by a big margin.
