Joshua Hill, better known throughout the jailbreak community as Chronic-Dev Team member p0sixninja, has announced via Twitter that he’s left the group (of which he was considered the front-man, up until now).
Aside from stating that he’s “no longer associated” with the team, he hasn’t offered any real reasons for his departure. Adding to the equation, he also made clear that “he wasn’t in for the money” as well so the reason behind this action might have a complicated history.
P0sixninja played a key role in the development o jailbreak tools such as GreenPois0n and more recently Absinthe which gained immense popularity. With this impressive track record, the Chronic Dev Team will surely would have lost a gem.
It’s expected for the dev to show up again and clarify his future goals as well but for now we wish him all the best for his future endeavors.
