After a plethora of speculations regarding Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S2-Note hovering around the tech community ever since the launch of JB, industry insiders have confirmed that Samsung has conducted the testing of Android 4.1 and the results are in favour for the devices.
According to those industry insiders, Samsung is now working for the release of the public KIES version. Also, the source speculates that if all goes well and good, we would see the official update release in between September and October.
Even though we saw some tech sites childishly speculating for this to never happen, this news comes as no surprise, as the dual-core handset is easily capable of running the latest version of Google’s mobile operating system, and seeing as it’s still an incredibly popular phone it would be silly for Samsung not to update it.
Sammy’s giant smartphone contenders waiting in line for the next Google’s update includes Galaxy S3-S2 and Note. Judging from the current trend, Samsug will most probably roll out JB for their current flagship smartphone S3 first and then other device will follow starting with S2.
We’ll keep you posted when learn more about this situation, stay tuned!.
