Cashing out the non-innovation that Apple opted for its latest iPhone device, Samsung decided to compare its Galaxy S3 smartphone’s innovative features with the iPhone 5. However, it didn’t take long for Apple fans to lash out at the mockery done to their beloved iPhone and came up with various editions of their own.
Although Samsung just wanted consumers to understand the difference between their flagship device, it looks like Apple fans are standing reluctant to realise the potential of the latest Galaxy device. Following are some of the popular modified versions of Sammy’s ads.
It seems like Samsung’ print ad wouldn’t prove to be worthwhile considering the fact that iPhone 5 units available for pre-order sold out in about an hour after pre-order started. This pre-order mill will surely encourage Apple fans to go ahead and upgrade their identical looking iPhone 4S’s stretched version.
Some analysts expect Apple to sell 6 million iPhone 5 units in the first weekend (including pre-orders), while others expect the company to sell over 30 million new iPhones by the end of the year. Samsung is also said to sell over 30 million Galaxy S3 units this year, albeit it will take the company at least two quarters to reach that milestone. Atleast, this is a good start for Samsung considering Apple’s iPhone had been in the market for 3 more years than Samsung’s Galaxy smartphones.
