Untethered Jailbreak Exploit for iOS 4.3 Coming Next Week?

Stefan Esser has made some allegations which claim that a relatively unknown hacker, atleast as compared to the notorious (well known iPhone hackers), by the name of Secure Tips, is going to release an exploit for iOS 4.3 untethered jailbreak.
